Humanitarian Aid to Displaced Families in Tigray: A Fundraiser by African Services Committee & Habesha Networks

Thousands of displaced families need your help in the Tigray region of Ethiopia
Ethiopia’s Tigray region is reeling from multiple humanitarian crises: conflict, a worsening famine, natural disasters, and COVID-19. After seven months, thousands of civilians have died, most of the region’s 5.5 million people urgently need humanitarian aid, and more than 2 million are displaced.
African Services Committee (ASC), in partnership with Habesha Networks (HN), are collaborating to raise money to support ASC’s Health and Community Development Center in Mekelle in distributing critical humanitarian aid to displaced people in Tigray. The clinic has been operating for 18 years on the frontlines of the global AIDS epidemic and is currently working to support internally displaced people. On the ground, the clinic provides essential aid, critical medical supplies and emergency food for displaced people who are in desperate need of humanitarian relief.
